Artist Trading Card/Pocket Letters plywood and plastic sleeves mini album
This kit includes x2 plywood covers, x10 clear plastic sleeves and x2 binder rings.
The square front and back cover has been cut from Russian Birch plywood and has 10 clear plastic sleeves held together by two binder rings which can be opened and closed to add/remove sleeves.
The Plywood is 3mm thick and measures 80mm, 8cms, 3 1/8” in width and 100mm, 10cms, 3 7/8” in height. It has been specially designed to be smooth but sturdy so is ideal for painting and decorating. The plywood can be drawn on directly or used with gesso, paints etc for mixed media projects. There are 2 holes cut in the plywood which are 5mm in diameter to fit the binder rings and have been cut 5mm, 0.5cms from the side edge and 10mm, 1cms from the top and bottom edges and 70mm, 7cms in between.
The plastic sleeves each measure 77mm, 7.7cms, 3” in width and 93mm, 9.3cms, 3 5/8” in height and has been designed to fit one or two ATC’s in each sleeve one facing the front and one facing the reverse by inserting each ATC through the opening at the top.
The plastic material is made from 140 micron thick OP PVC plastic which is very strong but pliable.
There are 2 holes cut into the plastic which measure 5mm in diameter to fit the binder rings. These holes have been cut 5mm, 0.5cms from the side edge, and 7mm, 0.7cms from the top and bottom edges and 66mm, 6.6cms in between to ‘marry up’ perfectly with the plywood covers.
This size kit is suitable for the official Zentangle Artist Trading Cards or the hand cut ATC’s & Pocket Letters which measure 64mm, 6.4cms, 2 1/2” in width and 89mm, 8.9cms, 3 1/2” in height and will hold a total of x20 ATC’s.
