Enchanting Envelopes Workshop

This creative 2-hour workshop is all about designing and making your very own handmade envelope, perfectly sized to hold your Zentangle Tiles.

During the session, I’ll guide you step-by-step through creating a bespoke envelope using cardstock and the standard official Zentangle Tile size as your template. We’ll also decorate a Tile to mount onto the front of the envelope, while creating space for another finished Tile to be placed inside — making it ideal as a personalised keepsake or handmade gift.

I first began creating custom envelopes for different Zentangle Tile sizes several years ago and have since used them as thoughtful, handcrafted gifts for friends and family. This workshop is a lovely way to combine tangling, papercraft and presentation all in one project.

This class includes the Tiles we’ll be using, along with the materials needed to create the envelopes during the workshop.

Please remember to bring your basic toolkit from previous classes, including:

• Micron fine liner pen
• Pencil
• Tortillion/blending stump

You’re also very welcome to bring along any favourite pens, pencils or decorative supplies from home that you’d like to use.

If you have any of the following tools, please feel free to bring them along:

• Bone folder
• Scissors
• Scoreboard

I will also have a selection available for students to use during the workshop.

Additional tools and supplies will be available to purchase on the day if needed.
