Zesty Zendala Workshop

This creative and mindful 2-hour workshop is all about exploring round Zentangle Tiles, known as Zendalas.

During the session, I’ll guide you through using tangles to form circular strings and decorative borders, helping you create beautifully balanced designs that flow naturally around the Tile. We’ll be tangling on both white and Renaissance Zendala Tiles, giving you the opportunity to explore different looks, contrasts and shading techniques.

I’ll demonstrate a selection of official tangles step-by-step, showing you how to build pattern, depth and detail within the circular format. By the end of the workshop, you’ll complete one or two finished Zendala Tiles to take home with you.

This class includes all Zendala Tiles needed for the workshop.

Please remember to bring your basic toolkit from previous classes, including:

• Black Micron pens
• Brown Micron pens
• Black pencil
• White pencil
• Tortillions/blending stumps

These tools are essential for the workshop.

You’re also very welcome to bring along any favourite pens, pencils or creative supplies from home that you’d like to experiment with.

Additional tools and supplies will be available to purchase on the day if needed.
