Mandalas for the Intermediate

What’s involved in the Intermediate class?

Following on from the Introduction to drawing mandalas we will be learning more about the creative method, how to create different base grids, more difficult centres and patterns. We will be playing with lines and borders, depth & dimension and will be creating a more advanced mandala design than the introduction class.

The intermediate class continues on from the introduction class and we I’ll be learning more about Mandala arts.

• Shading
• Base template shaping
• Half or quarter designs
• Mandalas within mandalas
• Intricate patterns with several steps
• Combining patterns
• Borders

The class includes a basic materials kit including white card stock, pencil and black fineliner pen to enable you to continue drawing mandalas at home but please feel free to bring any of your favourite art supplies along.
